My Attorney Has Sent the State Bar of California a Preservation Letter Regarding This Massive Breach of Privacy, Confidentiality and Consent by Senior Trial Counsel Chelsey Smith and the Investigator Barbara Smith and Has Demanded That They Stop Viewing the Material Immediately. Chief Trial Counsel George Cardona, While Chief Trial Counsel Christopher Jagard Has Been Silent, Has Confirmed Preservation and That They Have Stopped Viewing the Material. However, in My View, He Has Also Made Weak, Flimsy, Coercive, Deceptive and Nonsensical Excuses - Just as Special Deputy Trial Counsel Lawrence Dal Cerro Has in His Letter.
I Filed a Very Limited-Scope Complaint, With Redactions in the Emails as Well as Redacted Screenshots. In Addition, My Emails and a Phone Conversation Clearly Communicated That My Complaint Was Limited, and Even Chelsey Smith Noted That She Would Research a Cruel Comment to Determine Whether It Met the Threshold.

I Have Taken Legal Actions Including Hiring Counsel.
I Have Experienced Retaliation, Harassment, and Threats by, in My View, Ethically Bankrupt and Morally Hollow Amy Vahdat and V&A Law Firm. After Writing a 1* Review in 2024. Within 3 Hours of the Review Being Posted, I Received a LinkedIn Invitation From a Pseudo Account Full of Insults in Farsi. Amy Vahdat Initially, in My View, Attempted to Manipulate Me Into Removing the Review With Numerous Unwanted Emails and Communications. When I Refused, She Labeled My 1* Review “Harassment.” After I Asked Her to Stop Harassing Me, She Threatened a Lawsuit and Also a Threat to Call Authorities Simply Because I Refused to Remove It.
Within 29 Minutes of Amy Vahdat's Threats, I Received an Email From a Highly Inappropriate Website Notifying Me That an Account Containing My Personal Information Had Been Created.
Yes. This Really Happened.
Now, After My Attorney Had to Send Yet Another Cease and Desist Letter in 2026 - Amy Vahdat and Her Equally Ridiculous Attorney Kevin Davis Also at V&A Law Firm, Have Revoltingly Refused to Permanently Delete and Destroy Confidential Attorney-Client Communications That Were Inadvertently Disclosed by my attorney, While Pathetically, Arrogantly and Ignorantly Writing the Uneducated Letter as if They Are The Judge of That Claim.

God tells us to not give any room to the enemy.
